QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

I haven't received my order, is this normal?

Sometimes the delays for regular mail are longer than normal, depending on busy periods or statutory holidays. At this time, it is normal to observe a longer delivery time. If, however, after 14 days you have not received anything, contact us at: info@mypinknow.com and we will be happy to help you!

I made a mistake in my delivery address is it too late?

If the order is not yet sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address.

Delivery conditions

Customers should have a secure and safe place for delivery of their orders, or they may need to select "signature required" shipping.
